Welcome to Fork'd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using theFork'd mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or misuse the App.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Free trials, if offered, are limited to one per user. After a trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
•Infringe intellectual property rights
•Attempt to interfere with App functionality
•Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Food & Safety Disclaimer

Recipes and content are user-generated. We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, nutritional value, or allergen information. You are responsible for verifying ingredients and food safety practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All App branding, software, and design elements (excluding User Content) are owned by Fork'd and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fork'd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
